Kullanım Şartları
Myco Clash'i ("oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen oyunu kullanmayın. Oyun Kadir Kurtuluş tarafından geliştirilmiştir.
1. Kullanım İzni
Size oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, App Store kurallarına uygun şekilde kullanmanız için devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunun kodu, görselleri ve diğer içerikleri geliştiriciye aittir.
2. Hesap
Oyun, ayrı bir giriş gerektirmeden bir hesap kullanır; cihazınızda Game Center (iOS) veya Google Play Oyun Hizmetleri (Android) açıksa hesabınız ona bağlanır. Hesabınızdan ve cihazınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman oyun içinden silebilirsiniz.
3. Davranış Kuralları
Oyunu kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Hakaret içeren, nefret söylemi barındıran veya yanıltıcı kullanıcı adı seçmek
- Hile, otomasyon veya oyunun açıklarını kullanarak avantaj sağlamak
- Sunucuları bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye veya izinsiz erişmeye çalışmak
- Diğer oyuncuları taciz etmek
Bu kurallara uymayan hesapları uyarmadan askıya alabilir veya silebiliriz.
4. Oyun İçi Öğeler
Yıldızlar, güçlendirmeler ve görünümler yalnızca oyun içinde geçerlidir; gerçek para karşılığı yoktur, satılamaz ve devredilemez. Oyun dengesi için bu öğelerin değerleri değiştirilebilir. Oyunda gerçek parayla satın alma yoktur.
5. Hizmetin Sürekliliği
Oyunu ve online özellikleri değiştirebilir, geçici olarak durdurabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Online özelliklerin kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan ve ilerleme kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
7. Gizlilik
Verilerinizin nasıl işlendiği Gizlilik Politikası sayfasında açıklanmıştır.
8. Apple
Bu şartlar sizinle geliştirici arasındadır, Apple ile değil. Apple, oyunun bakımı ve desteğinden sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu şartların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve şartları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir. Apple'ın standart son kullanıcı lisans sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir.
9. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeden sonra oynamaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

By downloading or playing Myco Clash (the "game") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. The game is developed by Kadir Kurtulus.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the game in line with the App Store rules. The game's code, artwork and other content belong to the developer.
2. Account
The game uses an account without a separate sign-in; if Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games Services (Android) is enabled on your device, your account is linked to it. You are responsible for your account and the security of your device. You can delete your account from within the game at any time.
3. Code of Conduct
While using the game you agree not to:
- Choose an offensive, hateful or misleading username
- Gain an advantage through cheats, automation or exploits
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the servers
- Harass other players
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules without notice.
4. In-Game Items
Stars, power-ups and cosmetics are valid only inside the game; they have no real-money value and cannot be sold or transferred. Their values may change for game balance. There are no real-money purchases in the game.
5. Availability
We may change, pause or discontinue the game and its online features. We do not guarantee that online features will be available without interruption.
6. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of progress arising from use of the game.
7. Privacy
How your data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Apple
These terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
